As Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations for Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (DMED), Justin Warbrooke leads finance for the Direct-to-Consumer & International Media & Entertainment businesses within the segment. He also leads Business Operations for DMED overall, including oversight of strategic planning, media buying, content planning and analysis, as well as consumer insights and research that informs distribution.
Warbrooke previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO for Disney's Direct-to-Consumer & International segment. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Disney’s Corporate Strategy Group, responsible for identifying profitable growth opportunities for The Walt Disney Company by targeting emerging businesses new to Disney’s existing portfolio, evaluating new technology and business models, and executing all mergers and acquisitions.
Warbrooke received his Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honors from Auckland University. He is based in Burbank, California.
